This Policies & Procedures Review reinforces professional responsibilities, workplace standards, safety protocols, compliance expectations, and ethical conduct. It also highlights any new or revised policies implemented during the current review period.

Completion of this course is required annually and is a condition of continued employment.

By completing this Policies & Procedures Review, employees confirm they have reviewed, understood, and agree to follow all applicable policies and procedures.

HIPPA Annual Training and Compliance

This annual training provides employees with a comprehensive review of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and reinforces their responsibility to protect patient privacy, confidentiality, and the security of protected health information (PHI).

The course covers key HIPAA principles, including the Privacy Rule, Security Rule, and Breach Notification requirements, with a focus on practical application in daily work activities. Employees will learn how to properly access, use, disclose, and safeguard PHI across all care settings, communication methods, and electronic systems.

OSHA Annual Training and Compliance

Home Infusion Therapy Annual Training and Compliance

The training reviews key topics relevant to all staff, including the definitions of fraud, waste, and abuse; common risk areas in healthcare operations; proper billing and documentation practices; and employee responsibilities for preventing, identifying, and reporting suspected FWA. This Safety Manual provides comprehensive safety training for clinical and administrative staff involved in IVIG administration, Home Infusion Therapy, and Home Health Care services. It outlines the policies, procedures, and regulatory standards required to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality care delivery in home and community-based settings.
