Completion of this course is required annually and is a condition of continued employment.

By completing this Policies & Procedures Review, employees confirm they have reviewed, understood, and agree to follow all applicable policies and procedures.

This annual training provides employees with a comprehensive review of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and reinforces their responsibility to protect patient privacy, confidentiality, and the security of protected health information (PHI).
